- Accurate Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient details, including full name, delivery address, and contact number. Any errors in the address or contact information may result in delays, failed delivery, or additional charges imposed by the shipping carrier. Delivery representatives may request valid identification matching the recipient’s name before releasing the order.
- Delivery Timeframes: All delivery estimates are approximate and provided in good faith. While we work diligently to deliver your order as quickly as possible, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as traffic, weather, carrier schedules, or customs delays).
- Customer-Related Delays: Qkwise and our delivery partners are not responsible for delays caused by the customer, including but not limited to: absence at the delivery address, failure to respond to delivery calls, or requests to change the delivery address after dispatch.
- Shipping Carrier Selection: For free shipping orders, Qkwise reserves the right to select or change the carrier without prior notice. For paid shipping, we may also optimize the carrier and will refund any difference if the new option results in lower fees.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect the order and packaging immediately upon receipt and before the delivery representative departs. If the shipment shows visible external damage or if internal damage is discovered, notify the carrier immediately and contact Qkwise customer service before accepting the delivery. Claims for damage must be reported promptly.
- International Orders: For shipments outside Qatar, the customer is fully responsible for all customs clearance, duties, value-added tax (VAT), and any other government fees, restrictions, or regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
